Too Many Stray Dogs Have No Place To Go

Furry Friends Farm recently received 10 puppies which are merely one month old and a mother dog. 5 brown puppies were delivered by the Brown Mother Dog which is named Rusty by the rescuer whom had been spotted this stray mother dog before she gave birth to the puppies. The other 5 puppies which are black and white and black and tan in colour belonged to another female dog which cannot be located.

Since the mother dog and the puppies are not being fully checked by a vet due to the late hours of removing these strays humanely from the street, strict quarantine at Furry Friends Farm to these strays is required. Luckily, volunteers managed to build a confined area recently.

Under the observation of almost a week, the puppies and Rusty look perfectly well with good appetite and active. Dr Tan and Dr Wong visited the farm and managed to vaccinate all the 10 puppies and Rusty. Furry Friends Farm will be preparing the puppies for The Early Neutering Programme where male puppies will be neutered at the age of three months and the female puppies will be neutered as early as they reach four months old.

Furry Friends Farm Does Not Release UnNeutered Puppies to Homes.

Furry Friends Farm is in need of sponsors to build more similar confinement areas as shown for our rehabilitation programme, for the sick furry kids and for newly arrived furry kids. If you would like to help sponsor, kindly contact Sabrina Yeap at 016 - 631 9018 or email sabrinayeap@gmail.com / info@furryfriendsfarm.org.my for more information.
