During the Chinese New Year in February, Ricco was unwell with ulceration in his mouth. He had stopped eating. Ricco on drips later in order to help him to flush out the toxins from the ulceration around his mouth. It is a sign of kidney failure in felines. In March, Ricco recovered fully from the ulceration and started enjoying his food. He has become a gorgeous and happy cat again. Ricco is finally castrated and his blood sample is sent to the laboratory. Sadly, it is confirmed that Ricco is detected with kidney failure. A diet programme for kidney failure cats will be carried out for Ricco.
