Day 9 Of Cotton's Diary : Discharge-discharge Go Away!

The discharge in my left eye didn’t get better, so I had to see Dr. Wong. When we reached there, it was past 3pm. Yippeee…it’s my lunch time! So Dr.Wong fed me with lots of milk…I like her! She is very funny and loving. She placed me on a little weighting scale, I am 0.5kg now! While she cleaned my left eye and applied some drops, it opened a teeny-weeny bit! Yippee!!! But Dr.Wong said for now my vision would still be blurry 

Dr.Wong also said I have a bit of flu. She said because I didn’t get doggy mama’s natural milk, my immunity is low. So now have to take the antibiotics syrup. She said is very “sweet sweet one”, I should like it. “Yucks! Bluffed me!!! It’s so awful!”

Nanny used a syringe to pump the antibiotics into my mouth. She pumped in 0.3ml, I spat out 0.2ml. So nanny tried secretly mixing the syrup into my milk. But I’m a smart pup you know, not easily fooled! I refused to drink the milk! Nanny kept pushing the ‘chut-chut’ into my mouth and I kept spitting it out until my whole face and body was sticky with the milk and the fake ‘sweet-sweet’ syrup because I spat them ALL out! So nanny had to wipe me down with warm water under the hot sun.

I was so annoyed I kept howling. “Eow! Eow! Eow! Eow! Nanny!!! Stop disturbing me la! A puppy needs sleeping, not wiping! Leave me alone la!!!” It seemed like my nanny turned from a clumsy one into a stubborn one. She would try all sorts of ways to feed me the antibiotic. So I finally gave in. “Sigh...ok lar...you win! I eat my antibiotics, then you let me sleep ok?” But sometimes I still spat out some cos it really tasted awful :p

Dr Wong said because I’m a very small puppy, sometimes I don’t know how to wee. So after I ‘mum-mum’, have to wipe my ‘wee-wee hole’, to help stimulate my wee-wee out. Also have to wipe my ‘poo-poo hole’, because I’m a very small puppy so I’m easily prone to infection.

“Nanny…my poo-poo dirty meh? Ya I think so too…because it’s stinks..yuck!”
