Caring For The Strays
- 25th February 2009 -
Strays multiply quickly and the only way to reduce their population is to remove them humanely from the street and sterilize the mother dog. Recently, a Chinese family from Rawang rescued a mother dog and her 4 pups. The dogs were seen wandering at a construction site. They were being fed by the construction workers. When the construction is completed who will feed the strays?
The Chinese family has decided to remove the strays from the site and contacted FFF. Before sending over rescued strays to FFF, it is very important to ensure the health status of the strays. Please remember to bring all the rescued strays to any private clinic for the following check-up.
1. Vaccination
2. Heartworm Check
3. Hookworm Check
4. Skin problems
5. Sterilisation
