Animal Welfare Education Programme : Mont Kiara International School
In mid-April, The Mont Kiara International School had made a trip to Furry Friends Farm. A total of 27 students aged between 11 to 13 and 3 teachers accompanied the children. A Children's Art Contest had been carried out where the children sketch their favorite pets at the farm. The children and teachers spent almost 3 happy hours in cleaning the cattery, feeding the cats and puppies. Dog food, old newspapers, canned food, toys, dog chews and towels were brought in by the children.
We would like to Thank the teachers from the Mont Kiara International School in organizing the Animal Welfare education trip for the children.
Two kittens were also adopted by a student after the consent from her parents.
