A Shih Tzu crossbred thrown into a deep monsoon drain at Taman Bukit Cheras

A Chinese couple living nearby heard the crying of the dog and was informed by Malay neighbours that there was a small dog in the monsoon drain opposite the house early in the morning. The shih tzu cross was found wrapped in a red overall and was intentionally dumped into a 4 ft deep monsoon drain. She had a very infected right eye and was immediately sent to a vet clinic in Tmn Melawati and she is named Jingle.
