Jewel at the WAD 2009 Children Art Competition

 

Furry Friends Farm had successfully organised the World Animal Day art contest in one of the Pre-school in Kuala Lumpur. Furry Friends Farm 3rd Ambassador, Jewel visited the school and the children. The children  and teachers were told the story of Jewel and were sorry to know that she had met with road accidents twice and had to survive with only three-legged since then.

An Animal Welfare Education with true story of  the rescue of a stray dog, Jewel aimed to motivate children aged between 4 years old to 6 years old to be kind to stray animals.

The art contest was carried out with great success. There were thirty one contestants participating with great enthusiasm and the children really enjoyed in drawing their favourite pets. 

Jewel presented prizes to winners in the contest. It was a great fun day for Jewel and the children at school.

The Children's art contest was conducted by Furry Friends Farm in one of the Pre-school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 9th October, 2009.

 

 31 Children aged between 4 to 6 years old particiapated the World Animal Day Art Contest in the school for the first time. 

The children and teachers together with Jewel had a Great Fun day in celebrating World Animal Day.

Furry Friends Farm 3rd Ambassador, Jewel, plays a vital role in her one year term  to participate in Furry Friends Farm's Animal Welfare Education in Schools.
